Carly is a writer, Reiki practitioner, movement guide, and a healing practitioner. She founded her healing arts practice, CarlySoul, in 2017 to offer a space for people to clarify and build relation into all the parts within themselves. Her path in the healing realms began within her journey of emotionally-healing herself through the grief, awakenings and shifts brought on by experiencing the death of her mother and divorce. Carly is also the co-creator of The Exodus Collective founded in 2020.
She believes in the power of activation, shadow-work and deep-process self healing as paths to working with the mind, body, and soul’s landscapes — shifting the connections we have our inner-selves and healing our connections with others.
Prior to working in the healing arts, Carly worked in higher education administration within multicultural affairs in Philadelphia, PA. She has a B.A. in Women’s Studies from University of Delaware and an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Drexel University. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Carly has been living on the island of Grenada, W.I. since 2014. It has been through her continual cycles of integrations that inspires her soul works to aiding in inner-alignment, connection and embodiment.
