Healing Through Movement is a creative, therapeutic and intuitive way to greet all feelings and sensations as messengers.
As a dance movement guide, I offer forms of meditative movement experiences that help to bridge the ways in which our emotional landscapes connect to our physical bodies. The body offers us more information than our minds into the spaces emotionally, physically and spiritually where we are called to listen more deeply.
These experiences are rooted in the belief that when we express ourselves in the fullness with and through our body– we are able to feel and remember the truths of who we are.
