Sometimes we can not know what we have not yet seen. When all that we are is unpacked, seen, held, explored and guided– we have a powerful opportunity. To begin to heal. To integrate. To choose in the next step to that which is most aligned for us.
Through a therapeutic presence, I hold a guided and neutral space to offer you clarity where it is needed to unpack the emotional and mental responses that most challenge you.
The focus in sessions will begin by getting to know your relationship with self and your current mental-emotional landscape. You will be lightly guided in exploring past experiences, however the place where exercises and therapeutic conversation will be focused most is in your present experience and your body – the space where deep-processing can happen. This is based in Somatic therapy approaches.
Healing Guidance Sessions provide gentle support for all parts of you to be seen and heard and intentional guided facilitation towards connection and access with all the parts of you.
The processes explored are in the long-term intention to shift your responses, actions and choices to where you are begin embodying your own healing and feel in most integrity with self and in relations with others.
